At Eter Nova, we want customers to feel informed and confident when shopping for blankets. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through eternova.us.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the item should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Please retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and explain the available resolution. Such cases will not automatically be treated as ordinary change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Return

Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the applicable return address and shipping arrangements.

Please do not send items to the business address unless we have confirmed that it is the correct return destination.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect product selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us before arranging return shipping. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution, including return shipping arrangements where applicable.

Original shipping charges are not automatically refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise confirmed by us.

Refund Eligibility

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it as promptly as reasonably possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different blanket, color, or size, contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and our confirmation.

If an exchange cannot be arranged, we may offer a return and refund where the item meets the applicable return requirements.

Orders That Have Not Shipped

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, the standard return process may apply.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

A standard change-of-mind return may be declined for items that do not meet the eligibility requirements described above. Any exceptions required by applicable law will be honored.
